The question is to select all that applies. Coded 1 if item is selected, coded 0 if not.

Scaling – how to combine items / score:

Add up items coded as 1 to produce a score ranging from 0-8. These items could also be looked at individually, depending on the interest of the researcher.

Psychometrics – Cronbach’s alpha if possible:

Cronbach’s alpha is not applicable to this measure, as it was not intended to be used as a multi-item scale requiring internal consistency.
